45+ vendor spots confirmed for the Apr. 25/26 sale! A waiting list for inside spots has been started because all 40 are now sold out. This would be in the event that any of the tables become open for some reason. Please feel free to e-mail EVENTS@magnoliacommunityclub.ca if you would like to be added to the waiting list. A great selection of outside spaces at the entrance are $20 and Parking lot spots for tailgate sales or gazebos are available for $10. We encourage you to inquire about how best to prepare for an outdoor market. So plan ahead for your spot. Outside spaces can be prepared for tables, gazebos, tents or trailers!
*Note: If you book a table outside and the weather is quite inclement, your rental fee could be refunded at the discretion and approval of the Hall Board.

With the overwhelming response to our Artisan Market & Garage Sale, we have juggled the floor plan to accommodate more vendors and to improve the traffic flow. This will allow for a more successful sale for everyone! More vendors, more people! As much as possible we have endeavored to keep you in a spot similar to the original layout. If we did move you, it has been done with thought given to improve your space and better traffic flow. Your consideration and understanding is very much appreciated. NOTE: A SPECIAL OFFER FOR ALL OUR VENDORS:
The Magnolia Community Club can advertise your table or space on our web for a fee of $5.
You must provide:
1) Scanned business card (300 dpi), in pdf, jpg or tif format.
2) A list of up to 10 of the items you have for sale that you would wish to highlight.
OR
3) If you do NOT have a business card, please include your name, a general category of your items (if you prefer to), and a list of up to ten items you will be selling.
4) Also make sure your name and phone number is in the email in case we have to phone you for some reason.
Please email this to: webmaster@magnoliacommunityclub.ca – and your ad will appear on our site a few days after we receive it.
YOUR FEE WILL BE COLLECTED AT YOUR TABLE BY SHERRILL THOMPSON ON THE DAY OF THE SALE.
