The vision statement is the WHERE question … Not so much where we are right now, but where we are going. Who we are becoming. A vision is the ideal picture in your mind, and in the minds of our group, about what our organization should look like.

A clear vision helps to empower our purpose. It shows the desired end result and so provides the motivation to work toward that goal.
